Tenants insurance
Tenants have slightly different home insurance needs to
landlords or homeowners. For instance, there is no point
paying for buildings insurance on a property that you don't
own. Tenants insurance policies (aka renters policies) therefore
don't include that element.
What they do normally include however, are features such
as home contents cover, deposit protection (so that you
get your moneyback if the landlord or lettings agent makes
off with your money), accidental damage (so that you still
get your deposit back if you accidentally ruin the landlord's
expensive furniture) and protection for your personal possessions
whilst away from your home.
We have teamed up with Endsleigh in order to offer you
one of the best policies around. The policies are fully
flexible, which means that you can pick and choose which
elements that you want, so you don't end up paying for features
that you don't need.
